“All it takes for criminals to win is for good people to do nothing”. Trey carries a specific mantra into any real estate opportunity he attaches himself to, and it’s an intentional one.

Driven by experiences through his own walk of life, through dark alleyways and dangerous neighborhoods, Trey knew he wanted more for his life and the family he’d someday create. He chose to tackle one of the hardest areas of the real estate market, seeking out rundown Class B/C apartment complexes, and transforming them for the better.

Day by day, this real estate mogul carefully created his life with an unrelenting focus on discipline. After securing near $140MM in value added for he and his partners, Trey knows a thing or two about transforming properties, neighborhoods, and lives, starting with his own.
